On Saturday, September 24th, 2022 at 10.30 pm (Pacific Time/PDT), Gladly will be brought offline for 30 minutes for a key platform database upgrade. This update requires data migration that cannot be done while Gladly is online.

During this maintenance window, agents will not be able to access or log into Gladly and customers will not be able to contact agents via Gladly. A maintenance page will appear instead of your Gladly login page. The normal login page will appear as soon as the maintenance is completed, which agents can use as a signal to log back into Gladly and resume normal operations.

All aspects of Gladly will be impacted during this window and full details on how to prepare for this planned maintenance are outlined here on our help docs.

Additionally, starting at 10:00 pm PDT, net-new calls for Gladly Voice will not be allowed. Ongoing calls will not disconnect at 10:00 pm, however, calls must end before 10:30 pm PDT, or else the call will automatically end.
