Gladly will perform scheduled maintenance on its production environment as part of a routine compliance upgrade on Thursday, June 6th between 9:00 pm and 12:00 am Pacific Time.

During this maintenance window, there will be minimal impact on Gladly, with only a handful of intermittent call and login failures expected.
