Gladly is planning a routine database (DB) upgrade in its production environment on Saturday night, between 10.00 - 10.15 pm Pacific Time.

We expect minimal impact on Gladly during this timeframe, as follows:

- Agents transferring, putting consumers on hold, and/or adding participants within a Gladly Voice call will cause the call to disconnect.
- Any new inbound calls will disconnect.
- Already placed/ongoing calls will not be impacted, outside of these aforementioned scenarios.
