Gladly will perform scheduled maintenance on its production environment as part of a routine infrastructure and performance update on Thursday, July 6 between 10:00 pm and 11:00 pm Pacific Time.

During this time frame, Agents will - at most - experience approximately one minute of telephony connection and API issues.
