Work Sessions Reporting data will be undergoing maintenance tonight between 11 pm - 2 am PDT.

During this maintenance window, Gladly will pause all incremental updates on a subset of reporting data, which means data retrieved via Gladly Reports, Insight Builder and the Reports API during this time period may not be up to date.

Reporting data will be back up to date after this maintenance period.

Note that the Events API, Liveboards and AWS EventBridge integration will not be affected by this maintenance.
