Between 10:04 PM PT to 10:26 PM PT, Agents who clicked on the "refresh" banner notification in Gladly experienced a blank screen after refreshing their browsers. Agents who did not refresh their browsers were able to utilize Gladly as expected. A fix for this issue was deployed at 10:26 PM PT, which immediately corrected the problem.
