We will take Gladly offline for maintenance on Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 10:30 p.m. Pacific Time to 11:30 p.m. Pacific Time.
During this time, you will not be able to access Gladly.
Voice and all other Gladly Channels will not work during the maintenance, and Voice will become unavailable for 30 additional minutes before the maintenance, starting at 10:00 p.m., all other Channels will become unavailable at 10:30 p.m.
We understand that this maintenance could have service implications, so we created this guide to provide you with details on what to expect during his maintenance window.
